Renovation and an addition of an existing 1890s farm house near Woodstock, GA, including conversion of the existing attic into habitable space as a children’s playroom.  The addition is a second story over the family room, kitchen and first floor bedroom, to provide a new master suite and 2nd bedroom for the daughter. 

An existing porch is enclosed so that a new stair to the upper level is provided.  A new dormer window and an oculus art glass window provide natural light into the new children’s playroom.
